Thank you for inquiring about our facility for your upcoming wedding.
Following are some of our terms and conditions should you decide to book your function with us. All of our terms and conditions will be sent to you upon booking your function with us.
- Thornberry Creek Country Club required that all food and beverages (with the exception of specialty cakes) must be purchased through Thornberry Creek Country Club. All prices will be subject to 17% service charge plus applicable sales tax. All food and beverage are for consumption on the premises only and at the assigned function area.
- Payment in full for all services, except beverage, will be due to Thornberry Creek Country Club seven business days (excluding weekends and holiday) prior to your function along with the final count and coding system established. If number served is over the final count, payment will be due upon completion of the function. Once the final count has been confirmed with Thornberry Creek country Club it may not decrease. Upon request, we will prepare and set for 5% over the final count. If no final count is submitted, you will be billed your number expected or actual guest count, whichever is greater.
- A cancellation charge will apply to any cancelled or postponed function space that Thornberry Creek Country Club is unable to rebook. Cancellation charges will be equal to the standard food minimums for the room(s) contracted if cancelled after 6 months prior to the date booked. All refunds or transfers are granted only upon the completion of the rebooked function for the originally contracted date. If the rebooked function is not of equal size, a percentage of the refund or transfer will be refunded.
- Thornberry Creek Country Club required a $500.00 deposit for the Hawks Crest Room, $250.00 deposit for the Pro Shop, and a $150.00 deposit for the Porch Room at the time of booking. The deposit, as well as a signed catering contract and terms and conditions are required in order to reserve your banquet space. The deposit is not included in the food minimum, but will be put toward your final food bill.
- Each banquet room as a food minimum which is calculated before service charge and tax. Payment of 50% of the food minimum is required 6 months prior to your event and the remaining 50% is required 90 days prior to your function. Food minimums will apply as listed:

- Thornberry Creek Country Club reserves the right to require a security deposit at the time of booking, as deemed necessary. We also reserve the right to assess charges for damages incurred to the facilities or misuse of equipment during the course of a function. Guests' may not stick or attach any kind of sticking adhesives, nails, pins, etc to any wall, window or equipment of Thornberry Creek Country Club without prior approval from Thornberry Creek Country Club.
- Thornberry Creek will schedule a time to decorate the banquet room(s) one week prior to the function date. It is your responsibility to inform your vendors of Thornberry Creek Country Club terms and conditions. No crepe paper, confetti, sprinkles, glitter, or potpourri allowed. DJs or Bands are not allowed to use fog, smoke, or confetti machines. State fire codes prevent us from allowing candelabras or tapered candles without a glass covering. All candles must be enclosed in a glass bowl or other fire resistant container. No handing of decorations from ceiling or light fixtures allowed.
- Thornberry Creek Country Club will not accept responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise or personal items left on the premises prior to, during, or following any function.
- Thornberry Creek Country Club will not assume responsibility for specialty cakes or decorations brought into the facility. All cakes brought into the facility must be from a licensed baker and delivered after 1:00 pm on the day of the scheduled function. All decorations brought into the facility must be removed from the banquet room at the end of the function. There will be a $50.00 per day storage fee for any items that are left on premise, unless otherwise arranged with the sales office.
- There is a limit of three entree choices per function. We will prepare a chef's choice vegetarian selection upon request. It is the responsibility of the customer to establish a coding system that will clearly indicate for our banquet staff which entree each guest will be receiving. The final menu selection is due to Thornberry Creek Country Club six weeks prior to your function to guarantee the availability of selected items.
- Due to the fluctuation in pricing, we may not make a firm commitment until 60 days prior to a function.
Menu items subject to change six (6) months out from date booked.
- Performances of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Thornberry Creek Country Club to complete the same and is subject to labor disputes, accidents, federal, state, or municipal regulations, acts of God, and other causes whether enumerated herein or not beyond Management's control that may prevent or interfere with said performance.
- All wedding planners will work within Thornberry Creek Country Club's terms and conditions and procedures. Wait staff is the under direction of Thornberry Creek Country Club only. Wedding planners will not be allowed to interfere with this direction.
- Taste testings require a deposit on file and are restriced to entree selections only and can be scheduled six (6) months out from date booked to guarantee menu selection. Three (3) entree selections are complimentary of Thornberry Creek and additional items requested for tasting the client will be charged for. Client is responsible for payment of alcoholic beverages and gratuity for server at their scheduled tasting. Thornberry Creek requires a two (2) week notice with entree selection for scheduled tasting.
- Half barrels of beer are available for purchase for after dinner only.
- Thornberry Creek Country Club's banquet facilities are NON-SMOKING rooms. Smoking is permitted in the public lounge or patio area only.
- A signed and dated detailed catering contract must be on file at Thornberry Creek Country Club four weeks prior to the date booked.
- Thornberry Creek Country Club will not serve alcoholic beverages to anyone under 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 years with parental supervision will not be served alcoholic beverages.
- Thornberry Creek Country Club reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Thornberry Creek reserves the right to revise our terms and condition without notice.
